Most chartered agents expect property prices to increase this year including a 6% growth across Connacht and Ulster. While more than 3/4 of those surveyed predicted drops in value in the first quarter of last year as Covid-19 started to sweep across the State, this fell to just 8% in the December poll.  As predicted- buyers are seeking to move to more rural areas but supply is not meeting demand.
